At Nomad Watch Works, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch strap or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct warehouse address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective films are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return via a trackable mailing service of your choice; we recommend keeping your tracking number until the return is fully processed.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange Processing

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your requested exchange item within 3-5 business days.
